This class comprises transfers of legal possession/usage of a property or object from one or more instances of E39 Actor to one or more different instances of E39 Actor, where the receiving party is completely compensated by the payment of a monetary amount over a defined period. In more detail, a rent agreement establishes a fixed monetary obligation at its initialization on the renting party, to the owning party. An instance of E96 Rent begins with the contract (or equivalent agreement) and ends with the fulfilment of all contractual obligations – namely the end of the rental period, the return of the rented object in its agreed condition, and the settlement of any outstanding payments.
